In order to pay for a puppy using one of our upcoming payment methods, you must make arrangements prior to paying, monies sent without approval on a puppy will be refunded within 7 to 10 Business Days, and no sooner. If you have been approved to purchase your puppy, and place a deposit but choose at a later date that you no longer wish to have a puppy your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because while the dog is being held with your deposit we no longer actively seek a buyer.

Shipping a Puppy

(1) All funds must clear without issue prior to shipping the puppy

(2) An airline approved kennel can be purchased and delivered to Sierra's Hope Kennel or one can be purchased directly through us at our online store (Coming Very Soon)

(3) Air travel is to be arranged by the New Owner

(4) If flying from an airport other then London Ontario (CYXU) an airport delivery charge may apply

(5) FLIGHTS EXCEEDING 5 (FIVE) HOURS THE PUPPY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SIERRA'S HOPE KENNEL AND INCLUDE ATLEAST 1 STOP OVER NOT LESS THEN 90 MINUTES FOR THE SAKE OF THE PUPS COMFORT.

1) The prospective purchaser should be prepared to demonstrate that they have the knowledge and ability to care for a Siberian Husky, whether this be through research or previous ownership is preferred.

2) The prospective purchaser must also be able to devote a fair amount of time to the Siberian Husky.

3) People new to the breed will have to wait 24-48 hours after placing a deposit prior to their acceptance as "New Family Members" of our beautiful puppies. A deposit DOES NOT GUARENTEE OWNERSHIP, just that others will not be able to select your puppy.

If refused ownership, does Sierra's Hope Siberians provide a full refund?

1) We provide a very quick refund to those refused ownership upon notification by phone and last known email address.

What are the main reasons people are refused ownership?

1) Similar to adopting animals from Humane Societies or children even, when people demonstrate that they have no real idea how to care for a dog, handle a dog, or provide security to our animals as well as those they are interested in, will be denied ownership 100% of the time.

1a) People attempting whether knowingly or unknowingly trying to allow our animals out of the house, or their kennels, puppies out of the run without permission will be disqualified immediately.

1b) People seen playing roughly with our puppies when visiting them at our home will be disqualified immediately.

2) Lack of understanding the very special needs of the Siberian Husky, especially those that do not have an "OFF LEASH" obedience title, a true rarity in the breed.
